Christmas is finally here and for billions of people across the world, the day will be celebrated by spending time with family and friends. Christmas is such a special occasion, filled with Christmas trees, decorations, and not forgetting Father Christmas for the younger ones…but what makes Christmas really special is the unique opportunity to spend time with those nearest and dearest to us In today’s busy modern world, we are often so engrossed with technology, mobile phones, emails, and Facebook etc. that we (ironically) lose touch with those that we truly care about. The festive season is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with family, friends and even ourselves. If you feel like you have lost touch with those around you why not devote some time this Christmas to remembering what it is really all about. Money, gifts and commercialism aside, Christmas is a time of giving, sharing, and spreading love. If you have found yourself separated from friends and family this year, why not come together with people in your community? Volunteer at a homeless shelter or visit an elderly neighbour on Christmas morning. You could even send some gifts abroad to children who may not otherwise receive presents on Christmas Day to get a different sense of ‘togetherness’. Christmas can also be a time to reflect on our past, and for some, a memory of lost loved ones… There are many ways you can connect to a departed spirit at Christmas. Placing photos of your loved one around the house is a special way to honour their life, and gives your guests over the festive period a reminder of the time you’ve all spent together. Other people prefer to do a toast before the festive meal commences. Remembering the good times will bring happiness to the day, rather than negativity and frustration that your loved one isn’t there to celebrate with you. Other people feel the need to get in touch with a lost loved one around Christmas time. We understand that Christmas can be an especially difficult time for people who have lost someone they deeply care for, but Psychic Light is here to guide you in your time of need. Whether it’s to feel reassured of their presence or to send on a message of comfort, our Mediums are able to communicate in different ways with those that have passed over. So this year why not resolve to carry some of that Christmas spirit with you into next year and beyond. Devote more time to reconnecting with friends, family and your community and you will reap the rewards. Anthony, Ellie, Mavis and Robbie are just a few of the talented mediums at Psychic Light so if you’re feeling the need to reach out to a lost loved one this Christmas why not get in touch. Our readers are available all over the festive period so why not call us today!
