All services offered by Psychic Light Ltd are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use any of our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to pay for any service.

All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded; this is a requirement of Phone-paid Services Authority in the UK. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Whilst Psychic Light Ltd believes all readers to be the best available, they are self-employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Psychic Light Ltd does not have control over the content of any readings, and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to the accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Psychic Light Ltd will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services, you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.

Calls paid for via your phone bill are restricted to 26 minutes.

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services, you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

We charge £32.95 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.50 per minute thereafter. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP). International callers will be charged in British Pounds. [We may run promotional rates from time to time that will alter the initial 20 minute credit card charge – you will always be advised of this]. Please also see the Pre-Pay service section below, for best value ways to pay by credit card.

Calls may last a maximum of 90 minutes.

Psychic Light Ltd will appear as the named company on your credit card bill. When you use our Credit Card service, you will have a choice; whether to store your card data or not.

If you call our Australian number 1-800 965 311 the number is free to call but the reading is chargeable as above. Please note we cannot answer questions on legal, financial, health or pregnancy.

Credit Card Reading Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number: 0800 156 0580 or +44 113 732 0620 we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If, however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Psychic Light Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Pre-Pay Service

In order to connect to one of our readers you must have at least 5 minutes of credit on your account. Each time you call you will be told your balance of minutes, however if you have less than 5 minutes of credit remaining you will be connected directly to the top up menu.

Calls can last for any duration, up to a maximum of your pre-paid minutes balance.

You will hear a warning when on a call, and you only have 2-minutes credit remaining. The reader you are speaking with will be placed on hold, and should you wish, you can top up there and then to continue the call. If you have a card saved, you will be given the option of using that card and providing the CVV or using a new card. You can choose from the four top-up options; when the transaction completes, you will be reconnected to the same reader.

A 20 minute reading costs £30, offering the best value as a normal credit card rate is £32.95 for the first 20 minutes. 10% bonus minutes are offered on purchases of 40+ minutes. The maximum cost for this service is £1.50 per minute.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a pre-pay account without notice in cases of abuse of the service or fraud.

Card payments will appear on your statement from i4c Psychic Readings Ltd.

When you use our Pre-Pay service, you can choose whether to store your card data or not.

Text Readings

You are not signing up for a subscription service. You will only ever be billed for a reading if and when you text in a question.

Text Readings are sent as 3 messages (£1 per message, £3 total). Messages sent by you are charged at standard network rate. Service details will appear on your bill. Bill-payer’s permission. 18+ only. Cannot discuss Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal. Entertainment Only. We may send free promotional messages – To opt out text PLSTOP to 84232. Live Psychic Chat Readings

To use the service and create your account, you can sign up with Facebook or Google. Or use your email address and create a password

You will be asked to provide your first and last name; and your date of birth.

You will receive a receipt to your sign-up email address; showing any credits purchased. The document will be titled Allstar Media Service Limited.

Please allow a few minutes for the Psychic Reader to consider their answer and to respond to your question. Even though they are showing as available, they may be in the process; of answering several questions from different customers.

You must be aged 18 or over to use this service. The service details will appear on your bill. You must have the bill-payer’s permission. We cannot discuss Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters. Entertainment Only.

Email Reading Services

‘Mini’ and ‘Past, Present & Future’ Email Readings Service Provider = Allstar Psychics Ltd. Helpdesk: [email protected] & 0208 712 5690. You will need to set up an account, to manage and pay for this service – hosted by Allstar Psychics.

Premium Email Reading questions are answered by Psychic Light. Your bank statement will show transactions from Psychic Light Ltd.

When you use a debit or credit card to purchase an email reading, your card details are not processed or stored by Psychic Light; they are processed by; third-party providers who are PCI compliant.

We cannot discuss Health, Pregnancy, Finance or Legal matters. Entertainment Only.

New Client Offer

In order to utilise the New Client Offer, you must comply with the criteria of a ‘new client’. Defined as: You have never used Psychic Light before, or you have used Psychic Light before, but not the credit card service, or you’ve not had a credit card reading with Psychic Light in the last 6 months.

The offer is available as a one-time introduction. At a cost of £10 for 10 minutes, via the Credit Card Reading service. You can access the offer between the hours of 9am-midnight. At all other times the cost will revert to normal £32.95 for the first 20 minutes, and £1.50 per minute thereafter.

Psychic Light maintains the right to withdraw and/or change the New Client Offer at any time. The Home Page banner, and service page will reflect any such changes.

Monthly Prize Draw

Psychic Light will give away one 20-minute telephone reading, valued at £32.95 per calendar month. Subject to availability, the winner can pick the psychic of their choice. The winner will be randomly selected on the first working day of the month, and will be contacted by email.

The prize is in the form of a loaded Pre-Pay account. No cash or alternative prize will be awarded.

Entries from anyone under the age of 18 will be discarded.

Visitors to the site may enter the prize draw every month, regardless of whether they have used any Psychic Light services. Only one entry per person will count.

The data provided will be used to process the prize draw. No preference will be given to entries that have chosen to also sign up for marketing information. You can change your marketing choice at any time.

Barring of Access

Psychic Light Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in any way, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Psychic Light Ltd or any of its associated companies.
