Account set up
To set up your account you must go to our pre-pay page and select the amount of initial credit you wish to put on your account. This will take you to our secure payment page where you can fill in your personal and credit card details. Once the payment has processed you will see your account number and pin displayed along with the telephone number to use. This information will also be emailed to you.
Using your account
To use your account call 0808 156 4920 or 0121 737 2380 or 0161 433 0228 (call +44 121 737 2380 from outside the UK). When prompted enter your account number followed by your pin using your telephone keypad. Each time you call you will be told your balance of minutes, however if you have less than 5 minutes of credit remaining you will be connected directly to the top up menu. After receiving your balance you have the option of topping up your account or just holding to be connected to one of our readers. When prompted you can if wish enter the pin number of a reader you would like to speak to (click here for reader availability) or you can hold to be connected to the next available reader.
You are in control of the call length. Unlike our normal credit card service where the minimum call length is 20 minutes. Pre-paid calls can last until your credit runs out (maximum 110 minutes). To avoid disrupting your reading there are no call-length messages with this service, except for a warning 30 seconds before all your credit is used up.
Topping up of your account is done via our telephone system by calling one of the numbers above. The top-up amounts and costs are as shown above. To pay for the top-up you can use the credit card you initially set up the account with; however you will also have the opportunity to use a different card for future transactions if required. You cannot top up an existing account via the website.
In order to connect to one of our readers you must have at least 5 minutes of credit on your account. If you have less than 5 minutes you will automatically be connected to the top up menu when you call.
Finding out your balance
On calling the pre-pay service and entering your account details you will be told your remaining credit balance.
The credit on your account is valid for 6 months after your last top up, after that any remaining credit will be lost.
Lost account number and/or password
If you have lost your account logon details please email [email protected] with your name, the email address you used when you set your account up and if possible the date of your last top up. We will then try to retrieve your account details (This service only operates during UK office hours (9am-5pm) so please allow up to 48 hours for a response).
