1. Press 2 from the main menu to start creating your account.
2. Confirm the phone number you are calling from (press 1 if you wish to link it to your account).
3. Set and confirm your 4-digit PIN code — be sure to write it down.
4. The system will assign you a unique 5-digit Account Number — please make a note of it.
If you call in the future from the same number, simply enter your PIN. If calling from a different number, you’ll use your Account Number and PIN.

Using Your Pre-Pay Minutes
Once you’ve set up your Wallet and topped up, here’s how to use your minutes.

Follow the prompts and enter your Account Number and PIN when asked. The system will tell you your remaining minutes.
To begin your psychic reading:
– Make sure you have at least 5 minutes of credit.
– If you have less than 5 minutes, you’ll be directed to the Top-Up Menu.
Choose your reader by entering their PIN Number or allow fate to decide, and a psychic will be selected for you.
Call Length & In-Call Top-Ups
You’ll hear a 2-minute warning before your balance runs out.
At that point:
– Your call will pause, giving you the advantage to top up right away.
– Use your saved card (enter CVV) or a new card to purchase another Minute Bundle.
– Once the transaction is complete, you’ll be reconnected with the same reader.
Calls can last as long as your Wallet balance allows.
