Account set up
To create a Pre-Pay account, please phone one of the following numbers:

Select 2 from the menu to create a new account.
Confirm if the number you are calling from is the one you want to use to set up the account (press 1).
You will be able to create a 4-digit PIN code. Then reconfirm your chosen PIN code (write this number down).
The system will then automatically generate a 5-digit Account Number (write this number down).
If you call in the future using the same phone number, you will only be required to key in your PIN code. If you are calling from a different phone number, you will enter your Account Number and PIN code.
Topping up your account
Press 1 – to buy 20 minutes for £30.
Press 2 – to buy 44 minutes for £60 (10% bonus minutes included).
Press 3 – to buy 66 minutes for £90 (10% bonus minutes included).
Press 4 – to buy 110 minutes for £150 (10% bonus minutes included).
You will need to enter your credit card number, expiry date and CVV (3 digits on the back of the card).
You will be informed, if the payment was successful.
You have the option of storing the card details for future use.
Card payments will appear on your statement from i4c Psychic Readings Ltd. When you use our Pre-Pay service, you can choose whether to store your card data or not.

Follow the phone prompts and enter your Account Number/PIN code as required. The system will let you know how many minutes your account currently has on balance.
To connect to one of our readers, you must have at least 5 minutes of credit on your account. If you have less than 5 minutes, you will automatically be connected to the top-up menu when you call.
You can then move forward with the reading by inputting the Readers PIN Number (click here for reader availability). Or you can leave things to fate, and a psychic reader, will be chosen for you.
Call length
You will hear a warning when on a call, and you only have 2-minutes credit remaining. The reader you are speaking with will be placed on hold, and should you wish to, you can top up there and then, to continue the call.
If you have a card saved, you will have the option of using that card; and providing the CVV or using a new card. You can choose from the four top-up options; when the transaction completes you will reconnect with the same reader.
Or you can top up later, and the call will automatically disconnect when your minutes are consumed.
Calls can last for any duration, up to a maximum of your pre-paid minutes balance.
Lost account details
If you have lost your account details, please email [email protected]. Please provide your name and telephone number; used when you set your account up, and if possible, the date of your last top-up.
We will then try to retrieve your account details (This service only operates during UK office hours (9am-5pm), so; please allow up to 48 hours for a response).
