  • How should I prepare for my reading?

    Finding a quiet time to phone when you will not be interrupted is a good idea. So, that you can focus on exactly what you want to get from the call. It sometimes helps to note questions down prior to the reading to get the most out of the call.

    If you practise yoga or any type of healing rituals, it can be beneficial to clear your mind of the normal day-to-day worries.

    On a spiritual level, you may find it helpful to call forward any guardian angels or guides that are close to you, to facilitate the flow of information during the call.

    The main thing is to relax and be guided by your chosen psychic.

    • How should I choose my reader?

    The psychic reading team have many different skills, so one way to choose a reader is to see who uses an ability you are interested in. For example, you may want a Tarot Card Reading or a reader that works closely with the Angelic Kingdom.

    You may prefer to select your reader based on the problem in hand, so if you are dealing with career and job issues you may choose one reader, but on another day, you may choose a different psychic because it is your romantic relationship worrying you.

    Some clients choose readers by the life-experience the psychic has, others may choose based on the photo or even the reader’s name. Take a look at Our Psychics page, and be guided by your own instinct on who is right for you!

    • What psychic tools or medium will my reader use?

    Each one of our readers will advise you what their reading specialities are on their profile pages. The list of skills is long and varied, from a reader being clairvoyant, clairsentient, or clairaudient, to having medium abilities to name a few. If you come across terms that you are not familiar with, you may find our Glossary is helpful.

    • What happens during a phone psychic reading?

    This really depends on you… Either you can ask the reader for a general reading, and the psychic will guide you based on what they see for you. Or you can ask the reader to delve into a particular problem, whether that involves your love life, family, work and more.

    Readings can cover your past, your present and possible future outcomes, based on the different paths you can take in life.

    A reader may use pure psychic insights, or they may with your permission to seek answers in things like Angel or Tarot cards.

    If you want to connect to a loved one who has passed over, then your medium will do their best to facilitate this.

    • What happens during an email psychic reading?

    If you choose an Email Reading, we ask you to advise whether you would like an Astrological Reading, in which case it is likely to be carried out by our resident Astrologer – Chrystalyte, or a Psychic Reading, in which case it will probably be written by Mariah.

    You can ask between one and three questions. As you will not interact with the reader like you would during a phone consultation, the more information you give in the question boxes, the better the response will be.

    A typical email reading may be 800+ words in response, and you will receive it via email, no more than 72 hours after ordering. If you like the reading and wish to have another one at a later date, you can advise that you wish the same psychic to answer for you.

    • What should I ask my reader?

    Again, this is very much up to individuals to decide. You don’t have to ask any questions if you don’t want to. You can just let the reader guide you on what they see, sense and feel for you.

    If you have specific questions, the readers can answer questions on almost any topic. Regulators, however, do impose some restrictions, so our readers can, for example, discuss prosperity in the wider sense of the meaning, but not specifics about money that would require specialist Financial Training. They can offer advice on general wellbeing, and many are trained in holistic matters, but cannot discuss medical diagnoses or pregnancy/fertility queries.

    • What can I do if my favorite reader is always busy?

    We do have a special page that allows you to see what readers are currently available and whether they are free or are busy on a call.

    A lot of the readers will work similar days/hours week-to-week, as many have clients that call them on a regular basis.

    You can call our helpline number: 0800 156 0580, and speak to one of our Receptionist team, who would be able to advise when your favourite reader is next scheduled to be available for calls. They can also advise you who is working at that point, and possibly how long they have been on a call if they are busy. Certain readers may also be able to be pre-booked if you are using our Pay by Card system.

    • How much does a psychic phone reading cost?

    The best value readings are via our Pre-Pay service, a 20-minute reading costs £30. If you purchase 40 minutes or more via this service, you will get 10% bonus minutes.

    If you use the Pay by Card service, a 20-minute reading will cost £32.95.
