You can check our website to see which psychic readers are available at any time. Our Receptionists will also be happy to tell you which psychic readers are available at any time and you can discuss with them any special requirements you have such as a psychic reader that uses Tarot, or a reader that is a medium and so on.
Alternatively, if you know the name or the PIN number of the psychic reader you require, advise the receptionist when you get through.
In the rare event of a technical problem and we cannot connect you through our computer system, then our Psychic Reader will call you on the landline number you have given at their cost.
Regrettably, our Psychic Readers are unable to call you on a mobile phone or overseas number, however, we can arrange for you to call the Psychic Reader directly in these cases.
Psychic Light Ltd will appear as the named company on your credit card bill. When you use our Credit Card service, you will have a choice; whether to store your card data or not.

Payment Types Accepted
With our Credit Card service, you pay in advance for a certain amount of minutes (typically 20 mins at a cost of £32.95). One minute before your paid time runs out, you will receive a warning on the line. If you have paid for the reading using your credit/debit card you will receive no further warning and you can continue the call up to 90 minutes in total. Any extra minutes will then be charged at the end of the call, as they are now, at £1.50 per minute. International callers will be charged in British Pounds.
If, however, to have your initial call, you used existing credit minutes on your account, then when your paid time runs out you will need to follow the prompts to continue the call. The reader will be placed on hold, and you will be asked to enter the CVV (3 digits from the back of your payment card). If your card details have not been previously saved, you will be prompted to enter full card details. So, don’t put away your payment card!
If you have a credit balance on your account and top up with extra minutes the extra minutes will be added to your existing balance e.g. if you have 4 minutes credit and top up 20 minutes your balance will be 24 minutes.
When you call you will speak with one of our receptionists, they will ask you for your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Card details. Once the information is processed via a secure server they will transfer you to your chosen psychic reader.
When you purchase a Telephone Reading through our Reception team, we may use your contact details (name, telephone number and, where applicable, email address) to send you information about similar services, updates, or offers that we believe may be of interest.
We rely on Legitimate Interests as the lawful basis for this activity, as you have an existing customer relationship with us, and such communications are relevant and expected.
You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting our Reception team or emailing [email protected].
