Financial security is significant to eights, but they are prepared to work hard for their money and achievements. They are likely to put their career first and probably find it difficult to relax, meaning personal relationships and family come second best – causing tension.

Those that calculate as number eight are ambitious; they can be very tough on themselves and will want to meet any goals they set and be successful.
It is not enough for an eight to succeed; they need an audience to witness their achievements. So, they may be attracted to professions that put them in the spotlight/public eye.
Work-wise, number eights are unlikely to merrily work in the background, as just a small-cog in a big wheel. Eights are highly-organised; they like material success and want to look the part.

You might describe a number eight as bossy, demanding and even brusque. However, if you get to know an eight better, you will see they are hard-working, efficient and kind-hearted. An eight would not want to be seen; in a bad light. However, it is easy to imagine why an eights business-like manner and almost aloofness; could be interpreted as self-satisfied.
Personality Number
Eights are go-getters; they are motivated and determined. They are very likely to achieve their goals and dreams and will put in an enormous number of hours and effort to get there. Unfortunately, they often feel let down by other people who do not apply themselves; in the same way.
