Detox Detoxing involves cleansing your body, mind and soul in order to flush out any toxins. Consistent daily exercise, mindful thinking, and nutritious meal planning will all help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. 2. New experiences Use 2015 to commit to doing something new that you have thought about doing, but have not done – notice how it affects your life! 3. Reconnect with nature Reconnecting with the importance of nature and our planet is a great way to start the year! Get outside, look and start appreciating. 4.
