Even when we are affected by tragedy, we must remember to look at the good things we have in our life. You might remember that we wrote up a post last month when Richard Branson’s mansion on his private Necker Island was burnt down following a lightning strike during Hurricane Irene. Well, as if to prove that happiness can be found even from disasters like this, Kate Winslet may have found love following the blaze.

She’s been sighted again and again with Ned ‘Rocknroll’ (previously Abel Smith before having his name changed by deed poll), and the two have apparently been hitting it off both on Necker Island and at other social occasions they’ve attended. At the Emmys, Kate was reportedly showing off pictures of Ned on her phone and couldn’t stop talking about him.

When we’re hit by a disaster, whether it’s natural like the blaze on Necker Island, emotional or man-made, it’s always worth looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.
